In order that we can schedule your session(s) at the most appropriate times, please indicate the days and/or times (if any) when you are NOT able to present, and we will do our best to meet your request (please limit these to e.g. days you are not at Conference, or times which would be positively unsuitable). Note that the programme each day runs from 8am until after midnight.

Please also indicate if you would be willing (or keen!) to do an early morning session (8 am) and/or a late night session (after 11 pm); or if you are willing to do a session over a meal (breakfast'n'learn / lunch'n'learn / dine and discuss).
