Shabbat

Shabbat at Limmudfest is a very special experience - we come together as a unique community having arrived from many different countries, communities and backgrounds to share a magical time together.

You will have the choice to experience your Limmudfest Shabbat through eating and learning together, singing, participating in sports and much more. The famous Limmud Friday night oneg contributes to this special atmosphere.

Like all Limmud events, we keep Shabbat in public areas and erect an eruv (a boundary creating a private space for the Limmudfest community). Participants typically choose to run a variety of services and if you are interested in running one, please e-mail fest08-shabbat@limmud.org
