Catering: ensure that we build on feedback to provide for everybody’s catering needs, and have delicious food options all throughout the event, as well as managing the dining spaces, alongside our professional catering team. No actual cooking required
Participant Care: ensure the needs of participants are met, from advice, to health and wellbeing, to ensuring that everyone can remain happy and healthy at Festival
Families: to ensure those who come to Festival with young families feel as much a part of the event as everybody else, through family-friendly programming, accommodation, and dining experiences, and our creche and baby-listening services – which all take place at our dedicated families hotel
YTL: create a programme that is integrated with the main event, and running a large and diverse team of madrichim (leaders), to ensure that the children and teenagers of Limmud Festival have an amazing time!
Registration and Transport: ensure that the registration form collects more useful information that helps us to make the event even better, and running a smooth registration process upon arrival, as well as coordinating the provision of transport to and from, and during the event
Accommodation: ensure we make the best use of the hotel rooms, allocating participants to the correct rooms.
