The Limmud Festival Marketplace is a wonderful way for our community to showcase their work or sell a variety of items at the event. With almost 2,000 people attending Limmud Festival, it’s a brilliant opportunity to get the word out there about your work or products.
Throughout Festival, we have a bookshop for our Festival presenters and a print shop for brilliant Jewish artists. For one day during Festival, we host a Shuk (market) for businesses and communal organisations to connect with our community. There’s also some brilliant sponsorship opportunities to increase exposure for your brand or organisation at Festival

Our Limmud Bookshop is back again!
A range of second-hand Jewish books will be on sale alongside new books written by talented members of the Limmud community. The Bookshop is in a prime location (by the Bar/Lounge, adjacent to the Cafe), with a large footfall.
Key Points:
Running from Sunday 27 to Tuesday 29 December 2026.
- Operating Hours: 10:00-18:00.
- The bookshop is run by Limmud and sells presenters books on their behalf.
- The bookshop only sells books of presenters at Limmud Festival 2026.
- Authors can bring a maximum of five different books, and a cumulative maximum of 50 books.
- Every book you’d like to sell must have a minimum of 5 copies, and no more than 20 copies. If you are selling 5 different books, this would be a maximum of 10 per book to reach the overall maximum of 50 books per author.
- Books should ideally be relevant to the Limmud audience and must be in keeping with the Limmud values.
Pricing and Payments:
- £10 flat fee & 10% commission.
- Our volunteers will take payments electronically with the proceeds distributed following Limmud Festival.

Books must be dropped off at the start of your time at Limmud Festival and collected before you leave on Wednesday 30 December. There will be volunteers stationed to collect your books at the Limmud Festival registration location.
If you are unable to pick up/drop off your books in this time frame, please get in touch at office@limmud.org and alternate arrangements may be able to be arranged. If you are dropping off books for Limmud to transport to Limmud Festival, you must drop them off at the Limmud Office by 15 December 2026. Please arrange a specific drop-off time with the Limmud Office.
The Print Shop is back! A range of artwork by presenters and participants will be on sale throughout Limmud Festival alongside the Bookshop. The Print Shop is in a very visible location, in the Lobby!
Key Details:
Running from Sunday 27 to Tuesday 29 December 2026.
- Operating Hours: 12:00-19:00.
- The Print Shop will be managed by Limmud volunteers, instead of artists selling their own artwork.
- A maximum of 5 different artworks are allowed per artist, with 5 copies of each.
- Artwork must be 2D works on paper (size: A3/29.7×42 cm maximum)
- Artworks should ideally be relevant to the Limmud audience and must be in keeping with our Limmud values.

Packaging:
- All artworks must be appropriately packaged/wrapped and labelled ready for sale, and artists must take responsibility for transporting the works to and from Limmud Festival.
- One display copy in a clear plastic case. The display copy must be flat, and ideally on a cardboard or harder backing.
- All other copies can be in plastic or other packaging.
- All work must be unframed and unmounted.
- Please label all copies with the following: artist name, title of work, medium, price, number in edition (if applicable), display copy (if applicable), only copy (if applicable)
Pricing and Payments:
- £5 – £75 per artwork
- Pricing for presenters at Limmud: 10% commission goes to Limmud.
- Pricing for non-presenters at Limmud: 20% commission goes to Limmud.
- Our volunteers will take payments electronically with the proceeds distributed following Limmud Festival, minus the commission.
Transportation
- Artworks must be dropped off at the start of your time at Limmud Festival and collected before you leave on Wednesday.
- Details of specific drop/off pick up locations will be communicated closer to Festival.
- If you are not staying for the full festival please let us know your arrival and departure dates in your application form.
The Shuk is a place for Limmudniks and members of the wider community to sell their wares. This could be anything from jars of honey to your awesome selection of handmade Kippot – anything goes, as long as it’s in keeping with the Limmud values.
Key Points:
Open for one day only on Monday 28 December 2026, hosting stalls from both sellers and partner organisations.
- The Shuk will run from 09:00-20:00 on Monday 28 December 2026.
- The Shuk is available for those who have not signed up to Limmud Festival.
- Located in a central hub of Limmud Festival.
- There will be significant foot traffic coming in and out of the area, just like last year.

- Sellers who have not purchased Limmud Festival tickets will be charged an additional £25 per person for meals – you’re welcome to stay for both lunch and dinner.
- We are unable to waive this as bringing in your own food to Limmud Festival will violate our values and rules about Kashrut.
- How will payment be taken?
- Our volunteers will take payments electronically for the initial fee, before Festival.
- We will come through at the end of the Shuk day and check payment receipts and resolve the Commission payments at Festival.
- We can offer payment devices to those who need them, and we will distribute the appropriate proceeds following Limmud Festival.

If you’ve booked your ticket for Limmud Festival and want a stall for the Limmud Shuk on Monday 28 December, reserve a stall on the booking form below. After approval, contact the Limmud Office at +44 20 3115 1620 or office@limmud.org with your booking reference. We’ll update your booking and confirm your stall.
- Do you want to sell and attend Limmud Festival but have not bought your ticket yet?
If you haven’t booked a ticket yet but want to sell at the Shuk, fill out your Shuk Stall information on the booking form below. After approval, book your Limmud Festival tickets online. Remember to add the £50 stall fee to your booking. There is no need to purchase meal tickets if you are purchasing a Limmud Festival ticket. 3. Do you want to sell at the Shuk, but not attend Limmud Festival?
To sell at the Shuk on Monday 28 December without attending the full Festival, reserve a stall on the booking form below and submit your stall information here. After approval, pay for your stall via the booking page or by contacting the Limmud Office. Choose the Monday non-residential day place option and fill in the ‘added extras’ section only. Choose how many stalls and sellers you are registering. If there are multiple sellers, then please select ‘add another participant’ and include their contact information too on your booking. If your stall is approved for booking you will be provided with a discount code to waive the Festival Ticket fee. For assistance, contact the Limmud Office.

For over four decades, Limmud Festival has attracted a strong, diverse, and international audience. Each year, around 1,800 people attend, including notable figures from the Jewish world. The event features a wide variety of sessions, from Torah study and Jewish artist exhibits to tech and climate lectures, hands-on workshops, and more.
Limmud is a registered charity, with a Festival run by volunteers and funded mainly through ticket sales and donations. To ensure financial sustainability, Limmud seeks sponsorships from organisations that share its values.
Limmud Festival 2026 expects to engage over 1,800 participants of various ages and affiliations, known globally as one of the Jewish world’s most inspiring events. Sponsorship offers unparalleled exposure, brand awareness, and alignment with a good cause.
