At this year’s Festival, we are offering a number of different ticket options.
All programming, activities and catering will be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, but you can book through your ticket to stay at the Hilton in a Standard room, or at the Crowne Plaza in a premium, recently refurbished room. You can also choose to book your own accommodation and buy a Non-Residential Limmud Festival ticket, or just come to Limmud Festival for the day!

Limmud Festival 2026’s innovative and creative programme will run from Friday afternoon 25 December until lunchtime of Wednesday 30 December 2026. Lunch will be available on Wednesday before you travel home.

Prices for Festival 2026
We have three tiers of pricing depending on when you book. This year, Early Release tickets will be available as a limited allocation rather than until a fixed date. Details of the pricing tiers are below.
The costs below are per person (adult or child).
Prices for Family Accommodation are based on the number of adults, teens and children in the family. For more information on Family Accommodation options, please see Accommodation page.
Each residential booking will be subject to a refundable room deposit of £28 per adult, to cover our costs in the unlikely event of damage, extra charges to your room or late check-out. You will be able to request a refund of your deposit via the Limmud Office after Festival.
Volunteering through our Yad scheme offers a sliding scale of discounts from 0% to 50%. This year we have two options for participants coming as a Yad:
- (SOLD OUT) Full Festival Yad – receive up to 50% of your full place Friday to Wednesday by volunteering from Friday onwards.
- Sunday to Wednesday Yad – volunteer Sunday-Wednesday and receive up to a 50% discount, with the option of joining for the Full Festival, paying full price for Shabbat, and giving yourself Shabbat to settle in and relax before starting your volunteering on Sunday.

We are committed to making Limmud Festival affordable and accessible to everyone, especially during the current cost of living crisis. If the ticket price is the only thing stopping you from joining Limmud Festival, the Limmud Access Fund is there to lower the financial barrier.

Yad Pricings
There are several ways to take part in the Yad scheme by giving 4 hours per day. Come as a Full Festival Yad (Friday to Wednesday), or, Festival Yad from Sunday. As a Festival Yad, you can still join Friday or Saturday, at full price before receiving your discount from Sunday.
This year, we have introduced a sliding scale discount for Yad prices, ranging from 50% to 0%, which you can choose upon booking. Participants are able to be part of our Yad scheme without receiving a discount. Limmud Festival is powered by volunteers.

We are very conscious of the increased cost of living and want to ensure that Limmud Festival remains accessible to everyone that wishes to take part. Paying in Instalments
Spread the cost of your place at Limmud Festival by paying instalments. You’ll pay 25% when you book, 25% on 1 September 2026, 25% on 1 October 2026 and the final 25% on 1 November 2026. Please note paying instalments incurs a £5 administration fee to cover our processing costs, which you will pay with your first payment.
Instalments are set up automatically if you book online. If you book with the Limmud Office over the phone then we will contact you on 1 September, 1 October and 1 November with a payment email link or provide other options to pay.

Cancellations: You may cancel your attendance at the Event at any time by notifying Limmud in writing either by post or by email to office@limmud.org
For cancellations 30 days or more prior to the Event, we will provide a full refund less £50 per participant as an administration charge.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Event (including any cancellation made for any reasons relating to Covid or other illnesses).
Limmud strongly recommends that all participants purchase their own travel insurance
