To celebrate Limmud’s 40th year, we’ll give participants at Limmud Festival 2019 a £40 discount from Limmud for referring a friend who has never attended Festival before (or not recently) .
How does the offer work?
This offer is open to any adult participant (that’s the “referrer”) who books to attend Limmud Festival this December.
- You can claim this discount up to 4 times (within our total of 100 discounts available).
- The main condition is that you and your friend must both actually attend for the whole event, both booking for at least all of Sunday-Thursday.
- You must also be paying for a full place. You can be a YAD or Festival Maker but you don’t qualify if you’re receiving any other discount or financial support for your place.
Which friends can I refer?
Reach out to a friend who has never attended Limmud Festival (or has not attended since before 2015), get them to sign up for an undiscounted adult place for the full event and you get a thank you gift from Limmud!
- Please note that the friend being referred (that’s the “referee”) won’t qualify if they aren’t paying for a full adult place or if they are receiving any other discount or financial assistance (including Yad or FM).
- There is only one discount per referee and they will be asked to confirm that you have referred them.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Any one referrer may claim a maximum of 4 referral discounts, or £160. If the claims qualify, we will pay them in January 2020 as a refund.
- Both the referrer and the referee have to book and pay for Limmud Festival for Sunday to Thursday. If the either the referrer or the referee cancels their place for any reason then the offer will no longer apply.
- The referrer will not qualify if they are receiving any other discount or financial assistance (expect for a Yad or Festival maker discount); the referee must not be receiving other financial assistance, including as a Yad or Festival maker, attending as a volunteer on the Elements programme or as part of a group booking.
- Limmud will confirm in writing with the referees that they have been referred by the referrer. Limmud will confirm in writing to the referrer that the discount has been approved.
- A maximum of 100 such refunds will be issued in total on a first come basis.
- Limmud reserves the right to alter the terms of this offer or withdraw this offer at any time and without notice but if so we will update this webpage.
