We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers with the following skills and experience to help us write this new chapter in Limmud’s story.
About You

- Experience of Limmud events as a participant or volunteer, particularly in the UK

Team Leads
Team Leads represent each key area on the Limmud UK Executive Committee. They are responsible for steering their team to make sure the team and the Executive Committee achieves its vision, goals and purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and direct the team, ensuring expected outputs are produced
- Mentor and support volunteers that are part of the Sub-team and its associated projects
- Represent the Team on the Executive Committee, providing feedback and exchanging ideas with other Team Leads
- Ensure teams work together as necessary
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as part of a Limmud event team or organisational team
- Chairing meetings – online or in-person
- Mentoring, training or supervision experience (this could be formal or informal, for example: in a work capacity or as a community/youth lay-leader)
Expected Output:
- Regular Team meetings
- Team update provided ahead of monthly Limmud UK Executive Committee meetings
- Cascading information to teams and volunteers
- Identifying volunteer development and support needs
- Assist with volunteer recruitment as and when necessary
Team Members
Team Members, along with their Team Lead, are responsible for steering their team to make sure the team and the Executive Committee achieves its vision, goals and purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Attend regular team meetings
- Manage project-specific volunteers
- Collaborate with other teams and event volunteers to produce outputs as agreed with team leads and Exec Co-Chairs
- Request development or training related to role as necessary
- Support volunteers in related event-based roles
