Values are at the heart of Limmud and Limmud Europe Values (LEV) is an exciting new collaborative project exploring those values. In times of rising populism, systemic racism and physical distances, LEV brings together Jewish communities across Europe. It is a series of 12 events.
Our second event in the LEV series, will take place over Sukkot and focus on the value of Enabling Connections.
Tuesday 6 October, 7pm-10pm (Berlin time) / 6pm-9pm (UK Time)
Come in to our virtual sukka and let’s discuss how we can strengthen our communities when communal spaces are either accessible to just a few people or closed altogether? What can Sukkot teach us about our vulnerabilities and our potential for resilience?
We will invite awesome people from across Europe to share their thoughts, ideas, songs and feelings about enabling connections, designing virtual communities and what it takes to be truly connected during this time of rising populism and antisemitism, and the Covid-19 imposed physical distancing requirements.
