- Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of Limmud and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.
- Prize Details: The prize consists of a discount code worth £150 that can be used against the cost of attending a single event at Limmud Festival, either in 2024 or 2025. The discount code is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the winner or a person nominated by the winner.
- Redemption: The discount code must be used during the registration process for Limmud Festival 2024 or 2025. The discount code cannot be applied retroactively to an existing registration or used for any other Limmud events or merchandise.
- Exclusions: The discount code cannot be used against the cost of a room deposit for Limmud Festival or any other expenses associated with attending the event.
- Promotion Period: The giveaway promotion period will be until 23:59 on 31st August 2024. Entries received after the promotion period will not be considered.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven days of the promotion closing date.
- Prize Acceptance: The winner must accept the prize as awarded and cannot exchange it for cash or any other item.
- Amendments and Withdrawal: Limmud reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the promotion offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the Limmud website or other official communication channels.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Privacy: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and complying with legal requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
