Limmud Elements Training
What is it?
A weekend of training on Limmud values and key aspects of how to put together a Limmud event.
Who is it for?
Volunteers who are towards the beginning of their Limmud journeys.
When is it?
Limmud Training on Tour takes place at least once a year in Europe, usually in September, and can take place in other regions of the world as well.
What is the cost?
Limmud Training on Tour usually costs participants approximately £90, not including travel, however travel subsidies may be available.
Limmud Development and Connections Programme
What is it?
A bespoke training programme at Limmud Festival for more experienced Limmud volunteers, often anchored on a theme.
Who is it for?
Limmud volunteers who might be chairing or on team at their local event.
When is it?
The programme takes place at Limmud Festival, in December.
What is the cost?
Limmud provides a travel subsidy and a discount off the cost of the Limmud Festival fees. It is recommended that the local Limmud community also provide funding towards covering the Festival fees.
Regional Gatherings
What is it?
A gathering Limmud volunteers in one region (for example, Israel, Europe, 3A’s, LATAM, Northern America) with the purpose of building connections between them, developing structures of the region, explore how to support each other, share resources and how to function as a region.
Who is it for?
Limmud volunteers who have been involved for a number of years, who may have chaired their local events, be on the executive for their Limmud.
When is it?
Regional gatherings can take place at any time, depending on the needs of the region.
What is the cost?
Costs are dependent on the region. Travel subsidies are available.
